Bajaj Finance: The finance company's consolidated net profit increased 21% to Rs 3825 crore on 28% rise in net interest income to Rs 8013 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. Tech Mahindra: The IT major's consolidated net profit jumped 29.51% to Rs 661 crore despite of 1.76% decline in revenue from operations to Rs 12,871.3 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q3 FY24. IndusInd Bank: The private lender's standalone net profit increased 15.01% to Rs 2,346.84 crore on 20.77% rise in total income to Rs 14,699.01 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. L&T Technology Services (LTTS): The IT major's consolidated net profit rose 1.4% to Rs 340.9 crore on 4.8% rise in revenue to Rs 2537.5 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q3 FY24. Tata Steel: Tata Steel will proceed with its ?1.25 billion investment to build Electric Arc Furnace in Port Talbot and commence closure of the existing heavy end assets in the following months. Bharat Heavy Electricals (Bhel): Bhel announced that its board has approved the appointment of Koppu Sadashiv Murthy as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 24 April 2024. InterGlobe Aviation: The company agreed to place an order for 30 Firm A350-900 aircraft, which will enable IndiGo expand its network. From the various Indian metros, IndiGo will be able to connect to the world. PG Electroplast: PG Technoplast Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PG Electroplast (PGEL), marked a significant milestone with the unveiling of its new air conditioning manufacturing facility for North India in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Axis Bank: The private lender reported net profit of Rs 7,129.67 crore in Q4 FY24 as against net loss of Rs 5,728.42 recorded in Q4 FY23. Total income rose 25.15% year on year (YoY) to Rs 35,990.33 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2024. Hindustan Unilever: The FMCG major reported 5.72% fall in standalone net profit to Rs 2,406 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared to Rs 2,552 crore recorded in Q4 FY23. Revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs 14,693 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 14,638 crore reported in Q4 FY23. Kotak Mahindra Bank: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has directed Kotak Mahindra Bank to stop onboarding new customers through its online and mobile banking channels and issuing new credit cards. This restriction comes into effect immediately. However, the bank will continue to service its existing customers, including those with credit cards. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS): TCS has entered into a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Through this multi-year tie-up, TCS will provide its customers with tools to create modern architectures, deliver business value using state-of-the-art cloud-native capabilities and drive modernization at scale. LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree said that its net profit fell 5.87% to Rs 1,100 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 1,169 crore posted in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations declined 1.38% to Rs 8,892 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 9,016 crore in Q3 FY24. Rites: Rites said that it has signed Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Ministry of Power, to collaborate for project management consultancy for rail infra works. Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL): RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder from Southern Railway for provision of automatic block signaling system in Jolarpettai Junction to Erode Junction of Salem Division in Southern Railway.

Tata Consumer Products: The company's consolidated net profit declined 19.35% to Rs 216.63 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 268.59 crore recorded in Q4 FY23. Revenue from operations rose 8.52% year on year (YoY) to Rs 3,926.94 crore in March 2024 quarter. Tata Elxsi: The company's net profit declined 2.3% to Rs 196.9 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 201.5 crore recorded in Q4 FY23. Revenue from operations rose 8.1% year on year (YoY) to Rs 905.9 crore in March 2024 quarter from Rs 837.9 crore in March 2023 quarter. Ambuja Cement: The company has concluded the acquisition of 1.5 MTPA cement grinding unit in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu (assets). SBI Cards and Payment Services: The company has launched three variants of its first travel-focused core credit card, ?SBI Card MILES?, in Mumbai. The card is aimed at bringing holistic travel benefits to travellers of all kinds ? travel aspirers to frequent fliers to travel aficionados. Shakti Pumps (India): The company said that it has invested Rs 5.08 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to equity shares. Puravankara: The company has been selected as the preferred developer for redeveloping a residential housing society in Pali Hill, Mumbai. Sakuma Exports: The company has entered into a contract amounting to approximately Rs.150 crore for the supply of sugar to the North East, West Bengal, and Bihar regions.

Reliance Industries (RIL): The company?s consolidated net profit rose 0.1% to Rs 21,243 crore on 10.8% increase in gross revenue to Rs 264,834 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. Rallis India: The company reported a net loss of Rs 21 crore in Q4 FY24, lower than net loss of Rs 69 crore posted in Q4 FY23. Total income dropped to Rs 442 crore from Rs 527 crore. IndusInd Bank: IndusInd Bank announced successful execution of RBI?s programmable CBDC pilot. As a part of this pilot, IndusInd Bank initiated the programmable CBDC disbursement to 50 farmers in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra and will cover around 1000 farmers going ahead, marking a significant milestone in the adoption of innovative financial solutions for the agriculture sector. Redtape: The company has commenced online operational activity from it's new warehouse situated at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra with effect from 22 April 2024. This new warehouse facility will help the company to fulfil delivery of its products more efficiently to the online shopping customers. HPL Electric & Power: The company has launched a new product HPL Fans in SAARC Countries; Middle East and African Countries. Nibe: Nibe on Monday announced that the company?s chief financial officer (CFO), Hemant Dilip Wani has tendered his resignation with effect from 22 April 2024. K.P. Energy: The company has received new order for development of 9MW wind power project forming part of the wind-solar hybrid power project to be developed in Gujarat. HDFC Bank: The bank said that its net profit jumped 37.06% to Rs 16,511.85 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 12,047.45 crore posted in Q4 FY23. Total income jumped 66.46% YoY to Rs 89,6939 crore as compared with Rs 53,850.54 crore posted in corresponding quarter last year. Wipro: The IT major's consolidated net profit grew 5.21% to Rs 2,834.6 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 2,694.2 crore recorded in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs 22,208.3 crore in the March quarter as against Rs 22,205.1 crore reported in the preceding quarter same year. Jio Financial Services: Jio Financial Services reported a net profit of Rs 310.63 crore in Q4 FY24 as against a net profit of Rs 293.82 crore posted in Q3 FY24. Total income rose to Rs 418.10 crore from Rs 414.33 crore. HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC): The asset management company?s standalone net profit jumped 43.83% to Rs 541.09 crore on 33.4% rise in total income to Rs 850.89 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. UltraTech Cement: The board of directors approved purchase of a grinding unit having installed capacity of 1.1 mtpa in addition to a captive railway siding, at Parli, Maharashtra from The India Cements for Rs 315 crore. Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA): IREDA said that its net profit jumped 33% to Rs 337.38 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 253.62 crore in Q4 FY23. Revenue from operations increased 33.6% to Rs 1,339.77 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 1,002.67 crore posted in corresponding quarter last year. JSW Energy: JSW Neo Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has received a letter of award for ISTS connected Solar Capacity of 700 MW from NTPC, against Tariff based Competitive Bid invited by NTPC for setting up of 1,500 MW ISTS connected Solar Power Projects. ICICI Bank: ICICI Bank announced that its board will meet on 27 April 2024 to consider raising funds through issuance of debt securities. Aditya Birla Fashion Retail (ABFRL): ABFRL said that its board has approved the proposal of vertical demerger of Madura Fashion and Lifestyle business (MFL Business) from the company into a newly incorporated company named as Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands. Biocon: Biocon announced that it has received an approval from South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) for their vertically integrated, complex drug product Tacrolimus capsule in South Africa. Lupin: Lupin on Saturday announced that it has received an approval from US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for the launch of Mirabegron extended-release tablets, 25 mg, in the United States. Laurus Labs: Laurus Labs said that its API Manufacturing facility situated in Parawada, Anakapalli (Vishakapatnam), Andhra Pradesh has cleared the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) inspection with zero observations. Landmark Cars: The company announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) for opening three showrooms and four workshops in Hyderabad.

Infosys: The IT major's consolidated net profit jumped 30.51% to Rs 7,969 crore in Q4 FY24 from Rs 6,106 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations declined 2.31% to Rs 37,923 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared with Rs 38,821 crore in Q3 FY24. In terms of guidance, the company has revised its FY25 revenue guidance to 1%-3% in constant currency and operating margin guidance at 20%-22%. Bajaj Auto: The auto major?s standalone net profit jumped 35.11% to Rs 1,936 crore on 28.97% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 11,484.68 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. SJVN: SJVN said that its wholly owned subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy has incorporated a joint venture company with Assam Power Distribution Company named, SGEL Assam Renewable Energy. RVNL: RVNL has signed MoU with Turkish Engineering Consulting & Contracting - TUMAS India Private Limited for partnership and collaboration in public transportation projects and infrastructure projects in India. Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO): HUDCO said that Department of Public Enterprises (OPE) has granted the Navratna Status to the company. Indus Towers: NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) and Indus Towers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), to address the need for pacing green energy objectives and the GoI?s efforts towards carbon neutral economy. The MoU is to explore a joint development of grid connected Renewable Energy based Power Projects including Solar, Wind, Energy storage etc. and/or solutions thereof.

Power Grid Corporation of India: The company informed that its board has approved the raising of bonds as POWERGRID bonds issue(s) upto Rs 12,000 crore during FY 2024-25. The unsecured, non-convertible, non-cumulative, redeemable, taxable bonds will be issued in one or more tranches / series. HDFC Bank: The board of directors of the bank may consider annual renewal of issuance of Long-Term Bonds (Financing of Infrastructure and Affordable Housing), Perpetual Debt Instruments (part of Additional Tier I capital) and Tier II Capital Bonds over the period of next twelve months through private placement mode in its board meeting on 20 April 2024. Tata Communications: The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 321.52 crore in Q4 FY24 as against net profit of Rs 326.64 crore posted in Q4 FY23. Biocon: Biocon announced the signing of an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Biomm S.A., a specialty pharmaceutical company in Brazil, for the commercialization of its vertically integrated drug product, Semaglutide (gOzempic), which is used to improve glycemic control in adults with type-2 diabetes Vodafone Idea: The company announced that it has raised Rs 5,400 crore from 74 anchor investors. The telecom company allocated 491 crore shares to anchor investors at Rs 11 per share. The investors include GQG Partners, Fidelity Investments, UBS Fund Management, Jupiter Fund Management, and Australian Super, besides Indian investors such as India Infoline, Motilal Oswal, HDFC Mutual Fund, SBI General Insurance and Quant. Sunteck Realty: Sunteck Realty reported 26% growth in pre-sales to Rs 678 crore in Q4 FY24 from Rs 537 crore in Q4 FY23. Sunteck?s FY24 pre‐ sales stood at Rs 1,915 crore, a growth of 20% on a YoY basis. Den Networks: The cable TV distributor?s consolidated net profit tumbled 40.78% to Rs 79.06 crore on 8.8% decline in revenue from operations to Rs 258.02 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23. Hathway Cable & Datacom: The cable TV & fiber internet provider reported consolidated net profit of Rs 34.57 crore in Q4 FY24 as against net loss of Rs 14.62 crore posted in Q4 FY23. Revenue from operations rose 7.35% year on year (YoY) to Rs 493.37 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2024. Sanghi Industries: The cement maker on Tuesday announced that its board on 22 April 2024 consider the proposal of fund raising, in one or more tranches, through permissible mode and/or combinations thereof. PC Jeweller: PC Jeweller announced that it its board has approved raising of funds by way of rights issue of equity shares upto Rs 1,500 crore to the eligible equity shareholders of the company as on the record date. Shilpa Medicare: Shilpa Medicare informed that its Unit 4, Jadcherla, Telangana facility has received EU good manufacturing practice (GMP) certificate. Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility: The company said that it has dispatched 3,801 units of electric two-wheelers, recording a growth of 88% as compared to February when the company had sold 2,018 units. Cipla: Cipla announced that Cipla Health Limited (CHL), the wholly owned subsidiary and consumer healthcare arm of the company, has signed a business transfer agreement (BTA) for purchase of the distribution and marketing business undertaking of cosmetics and personal care business of Ivia Beaute Private Limited, India (IVIA) including IVIA?s brands namely Astaberry, Ikin and Bhimsaini on a worldwide basis. Jio Financial Services: Jio Financial has signed an agreement with BlackRock Inc and BlackRock Advisors Singapore Pte Ltd to form a 50:50 joint venture for setting up wealth management and broking businesses in India. Manappuram Finance: A meeting of the Financial Resources and Management Committee of the board of directors of the company will be held on 19 April 2024 to consider a proposal for raising funds up to a principal aggregate amount of up to US$ 500,000,000, in one or more tranches, by way of external commercial borrowings in the form of US Dollar bonds and/ or any other form. Revenue from operations increased 1.08% QoQ to Rs 61,237 crore in Q4 FY24. Adani Enterprises: The company on Friday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Global will acquire a 49% stake in Adani Esyasoft Smart Solutions, Abu Dhabi. Bharti Hexacom: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchanges today. The issue price is Rs ??570 apiece. L&T: The EPC major announced that it has completed the sale of its entire stake in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects (LTIDPL), a joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments). Dr. Reddy?s Laboratories: The company announced the launch of the drug-free non-invasive migraine management wearable device, Nerivio in Germany through its step-down subsidiary betapharm. Maharashtra Seamless: The company has received order with basic value of Rs. 674 crore approx. from ONGC for supply of casing seamless pipes. Computer Age Management Services (CAMS): The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in exercise of the powers conferred on it under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, has granted authorisation to the company to operate as an Online Payment Aggregator. PVR: The cinema chain operator announced the opening of 14 screen megaplex at Phoenix Mall of Asia in the city of Bengaluru. Karnataka Bank: The private lender on Wednesday announced that it has expanded its collaboration with FISDOM to offer 3-in-1 (savings, demat and trading accounts) through the bank?s mobile banking app, KBL Mobile Plus. Trident: Trident informed that it has successfully commissioned the capacity of 1.1 MWp (megawatt peak) solar power project at Budhni in Madhya Pradesh. Metropolis Healthcare: Metropolis Healthcare said that its core business revenue (excluding revenue from covid, covid allied tests & PPP contracts) jumped approximately 15% YoY in Q4 of FY24. Vakrangee: Vakrangee said that it has entered into agreement with Global One Enterprise (Max TV) for offering subscription based OTT Plans through Vakrangee Kendra networks.

Tata Motors: Jaguar Land Rover (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors reported wholesale volumes of 110,190 units in the fourth quarter (excluding the Chery Jaguar LandRover China JV), up16% compared to the same quarter a year ago and up 9% compared to the quarter ended 31 December 2023. Axis Bank: Bain Capital is reportedly likely to make a complete exit from Axis Bank as the US private equity major looks to dilute its balance stake and launch a fresh block deal of around $430 million. The offer price range is Rs 1,071?Rs 1,076.05 per share, as per reports. Dixon Technologies (India): The company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Ismartu In Pte. Limited (Ismartu Singapore), Transsion Technology Limited, 5A advisors LLP and Ismartu India Private Limited (Ismartu) for proposed acquisition of majority stake constituting 50.10% and further acquisitions in tranches in Ismartu. Ismartu is engaged in electronics & mobile devices manufacturing. Deep Industries: Deep Industries said that it has completed the incorporation process of its wholly owned subsidiary, SAAR International FZ-LLC (SAAR) in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, UAE on 29 March 2024 and received certificate of incorporation on 8 April 2024. Omaxe: The wholly owned subsidiary and special purpose company (SPC) of Omaxe, Worldstreet Sports Center, will be developing an international cricket and football stadium, an indoor stadium along with a retail and hospitality hub spread across an area of 50.40 acres in Delhi's Dwarka area for around Rs 1500 crore. Dilip Buildcon: The company was declared as lowest bidder for the tender floated by the Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited on EPC mode in Haryana. The project is worth Rs 1,092.46 crore.

Tata Steel: The steel major's India business reported 4.46% increase in crude steel production to 5.38 million tons in Q4 FY24 as compared with 5.15 million tons posted in Q4 FY23. Titan Company: Titan Company said that it has registered a revenue growth of 17% YoY for the quarter ended 31 March 2024. Titan added 86 stores during the quarter. The retail network presence stands at 3,035 stores. Dr.Reddy's Laboratories: The company said entered into a partnership agreement with Bayer to market and distribute a second brand of Vericiguat in India. Vodafone Idea: The board of directors of Vodafone Idea approved issuance of upto 1,395,427,034 equity shares at Rs 14.87 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 2,075 crores to Oriana Investments Pte. Ltd (Aditya Birla Group entity forming part of the promoter group), on a preferential basis. Godrej Consumer Products: The company said that India organic business continued to deliver strong underlying volume growth at high-single digit with growth being broad-based across both home care and personal care. Union Bank of India: The public lender reported 11.24% increase in domestic advances to Rs 8,73,592 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 7,85,302 crore recorded as on Q4 FY23. Punjab National Bank: The state-run lender said that its total advances stood at Rs 9,85,986 crore as of 31 March 2024, recording a growth of 11.5% as against Rs 8,84,681crore as of 31 December 2023. Adani Wilmar: The company said that it has witnessed double-digit growth in both edible oils and foods businesses during the quarter, was driven by increased retail penetration. In Q4, the segment?s revenue grew strongly by 18% YoY driven by strong domestic sales, despite the negative impacts of the continued export restrictions. Indian Bank: Indian Bank announced that its gross advances increased 12.7% to Rs 5.34 lakh crore as of 31 March 2024 as against Rs 4.74 crore as of 31 March 2023. Amber Enterprises India: Amber Enterprises India said that its wholly owned subsidiary, AT Railway Sub Systems signed Joint venture (JV) agreement with Yujin Machinery, Sinkodia Pte, Dujin International to form joint venture company.

Bajaj Finance: Assets under management (AUM) grew by 34% to approximately Rs 330,400 crore as of 31 March 2024 as compared to Rs 247,379 crore as of 31 March 2023. AUM in Q4 FY24 grew by approximately Rs 19,400 crore. Hero MotoCorp: The company has received assessment orders/ demand notices pertaining to six assessment years from the Income Tax Department. The company has received the orders / notices pertaining to six assessment years, amounting to a tax demand of Rs. 308.65 crore and interest thereon of Rs. 296.22 crore. This is on account of certain disallowances, for the assessment years 2013-14 to 2017-18 and 2019-20. UltraTech Cement: The company announced the completion of 100 MW solar energy project under the Group Captive scheme in the state of Rajasthan. This is the company?s first project for sourcing power for its captive consumption from the inter-state transmission network. HCL Technologies: HCL Investments UK Limited, a company incorporated in the UK and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with its Joint Venture (JV) partner, State Street International Holdings, a US corporation, pursuant to which HCL UK would divest its entire 49% equity stake in the JV pursuant to the call option exercised by State Street in accordance with the agreement that was entered into between the parties at the time of the formation of the JV. UltraTech Cement: The company informed about the commissioning of two greenfield capacities - 2.70 mtpa cement grinding unit at Karur, Tamil Nadu and 2.70 mtpa integrated cement plant at Kukurdih, Chhattisgarh, taking the company?s total cement capacity to 151.6 mtpa. Infosys: The company received order under Section 201 & 201(A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 from the Income Tax Department, Government of India for assessment year 20-21 with a tax demand of Rs 341 crore (including interest). The company is in the process of evaluating the implications of this order on the financial statements for the quarter and year ending 31 March 2024, and also evaluating filing appeal against this order. Tata Motors: The auto major's total domestic sales rose 2% to 90,822 units in March 2024 as against 89,351 units in March 2023. Hero MotoCorp: The company sold 490,415 units of motorcycles and scooters in March 2024, as against 519,342 units sold in March 2023. TVS Motor Company: The company registered a growth of 12% with sales increasing from 317,152 units in March 2023 to 354,592 units in March 2024. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Bhel): Bhel has received an order from Adani Power Limited for setting up the 2x800 MW Raigarh Phase-II Thermal Power Plant at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The consideration of order is worth Rs 4,000 crore. IDFC First Bank: Cloverdell Investment, an affiliate of Warburg Pincus, is reportedly looking to IDFC First Bank. The company may sell its entire 2.25% stake via block deals and the floor price may be Rs 75 per share, as per reports. Dr. Reddy?s Laboratories: The company entered into exclusive distribution partnership with Sanofi Healthcare India Private Limited (SHIPL) to promote and distribute their vaccine brands across private markets in India.
